ENTRE Institute Review: A Rising Star?

Spread the love

There are so many ways to make money online these days that I thought I would take a few minutes and review one of them. In this Entre Institute review, I will go through one of the rising stars in the internet marketing space and give you my opinion on whether to buy or look at other opportunities. But first let’s understand what this company does and how it can help you. When evaluating companies, I typically consider who they are, what they do, and how they can help me reach a goal?

ENTRE Institute (Company)

The Entre Institute: Entrepreneurial Training Program
The Entre Institute: Entrepreneurial Training Program

Entre Institute is not really a new concept, but is packaged well as a business education plus personal development company. They provide entrepreneurial education, specifically teaching people how to be successful within 3 kinds of business lines, predominately working online.

There are three types of products, which includes :

  • Books, Online Education, and Training: Under the membership area, you get all resources that are needed to launch a new internet business from scratch. If you already have an existing business, then by following these resources, you can easily scale it, as I did with this program.
  • Live Events, Seminars, Mastermind, Workshops: If you want to build connections with other like-minded individuals then you should attend these events for networking.
  • Private & Group Coaching: If you’re very serious and want to become successful then I highly suggest getting 1–1 coaching, as it will help you to achieve your goals.

Jeff Lerner, Founder

Entre Institute CEO and Founder

Jeff Lerner is the CEO & Founder of the company ENTRE. He is an entrepreneur, speaker, author, and influencer, however started off as a piano player and struggled with serious debt early in his life. He started his online career in 2008, and since then has made over $50 million in sales. His passion and energy for online marketing is clearly seen in all of his videos.

Earlier, he worked as CEO/Founder for a company named Xurli, which was featured two years in a row on Inc 5000’s list of fastest-growing companies.

You can find more information about Jeff Lerner on YoutubeFacebook, and Instagram.

The “3 P’s” Of An Awesome Life

Under this step, you will learn about the “3 P’s and how each one affects your life and future. Furthermore how to become successful with each.

  • Personal
  • Professional
  • Physical

The ‘3 Legs’ Of Successful Action

In this step, Jeff discusses the 3 “legs” that must support the action tool, which includes context or community, knowledge or learning and strategy or belief.

The ‘3 Phases’ Of Building Your Legacy

In this module, Jeff explains leverage, growth, and wealth. Specifically, how good leverage is important and can help growth and wealth of a business and individual.

Affiliate Marketing: The “Lazy” Online Business Model

In this lesson, you will learn about affiliate marketing; its benefits and why it considered the fastest way to grow an online business. The reason he calls affiliate marketing the “lazy person’s online business” is because this is the business where you can basically work from anywhere at anytime.

Digital Agency: Converting Online Skills Into Predictable, Bankable, & Sellable Cash Flow

In this step, you will learn how to establish a Digital Consulting Agency and how you can use this model to generate passive income. Furthermore, it goes into quite a bit of detail regarding how to target markets and bring value to other businesses.

Digital Courses: Turn Your Knowledge Into Your Legacy

In the last course, Jeff discusses the “knowledge economy” and how there are so many “how to” videos and educational courses. This module will help you build your own course and target a market where you can sell your knowledge.

Apart from the above training, you also get access to followings:

  • Your Personal Business Advisor ($299 Value) – During the training, you have an opportunity to work one-on-one with a business advisor. This person will walk you through the training, answer questions and create a customized business plan for you.
  • The Awesome Life Challenge ($199 Value) which includes lessons that will help you improve all aspects of your life.
  • The ENTRE Nation Community ($175 Value) – A private Facebook Group where you can interact with fellow ENTRE Nation members. This includes all the trainers and course creators. It is interactional and you can ask any questions.

I personally went through the ENTRE Blueprint and I found it very helpful and informative. One of the specific areas that I enjoyed on the Entre Blueprint the section regarding the 3 P’s given that this section will help ultimately prepare you to be successful in 3 key areas of your life.

Creating a Business Plan

Once you complete all the 6 steps, then you have to click the next button to schedule a call with your business adviser. Then you will be presented with a questionnaire, through which Jeff & his team analyze your personality and risk profile. This questionnaire really helped me to evaluate where I was in my entrepreneurial journey and where I wanted to be.

After completing the form, you submit it to your advisor. The advisory team analyze the information and help create a business plan. This will help you choose your ideal business as per your skills, experience, and budget. Additionally, there is an offer for training and mentorship, which is optional. Regardless of what is decided, you will keep everything you have purchased to that point.

However, understand that if you really want to become successful, then you must invest in yourself. This will give you a chance to improve your knowledge and skills. Not to mention, every entrepreneur that I have met said the biggest piece of their success was learning from a mentor.

The Mindset of an Entrepreneur

Spread the love

The Mindset of an Entrepreneur

In order to understand the mindset of an entrepreneur, there are many factors to consider. In this review of the mindset of an entrepreneur, I will discuss the three recurring themes that I have seen from every entrepreneur that I have studied. Typically this boils down to three questions to ask yourself if you have, or for that matter, want the mindset of an entrepreneur; Who are you right now? Where are you right now? What do you want to do or to be? These three questions are paramount to long term success as, not only an entrepreneur, but as a person.

Who are you right now?

Before we start I think we should define what an Entrepreneur is. Entrepreneur is defined by Investopedia as an individual who undertakes the risk of starting an new business. There is definitely more to it than that, but that is basic understanding. Every entrepreneur prior to starting anything has asked themselves, “who am I?” What particular talents do you have that can set you apart? Maybe you work harder than anyone else, maybe you are passionate about helping others or maybe you amazing at teaching.

The mindset of an entrepreneur takes into account not just who they are, but what can they offer to others. Zig Ziglar speaks on this in in his book ‘Born to Win‘ and how if you help enough people get what they want, then you get everything you want in your life. This could be considered a law of reciprocity, but ask yourself are you giving with the expectation to receive?

Another theme within successful entrepreneurs is understanding where they are from a spiritual perspective. Tony Robbins discusses this in his book ‘Money: Master The Game‘. Every person on this earth has a desire for purpose and every successful person knows their purpose. Think about who you are spiritually, what do you do to define that higher purpose? Successful entrepreneurs also know that what they do will ultimately offer some higher purpose or at the very least make someone consider their higher purpose.

Where are you right now?

The Mindset of an entrepreneur is to bring their own sunshine or create their own happiness.

In my opinion, this section could also be title where is your focus right now? Focus is paramount to the mindset of a successful entrepreneur. This focus must be explored from every perspective. A successful entrepreneur understand their focus in every relationship; Physical, Personal, Financial and Mental.

We aren’t as concerned at this point really as to where you want to be, that is another section, but it’s important to realize where your focus is so that we can make future changes.

Physically

Your physical relationships more often than not refer to how you are treating yourself physically. Do you have an active lifestyle, do you focus on your health and do you get enough rest? Is there a physical goal that you have to lose weight or to get healthy? These are questions need to be a daily focus in the mind of a successful entrepreneur.

Personally

Personal relationships are key to every person, so taking an inventory regarding your personal relationship is very important. Every entrepreneur that I have studied specifically states that having accountability partners along with coaches or mentors has everything to do with future success. If you are struggling with having personal relationships, take inventory of this. Why are you struggling? Do people like you? Why or why not? It is not the goal of every entrepreneur to be liked by everyone, but in a general sense, be a likable person. Remember, no one wants to listen or talk to someone they don’t like.

Financially

Where you are financially is very important. Cash and finance is the life blood of every business. It is the life blood because if it’s not moving, then the business will die. Take account of where you are financially, be brutally honest. Understand if you need help, understand if you cannot manage your finances.

There is no shame is truly understanding where you are financially. This is not the time to “ignore it and hope it goes away”. There are so many organizations out there to help on credit repair, budgeting or savings.

Mentally

This subject may very well be combined with spiritually, but I wanted to make it a separate section as this can be one of the more difficult items to really wrap your head around. All successful entrepreneurs go through a mindset shift. Very rarely do successful entrepreneurs act the same or have the same mindset from start to finish of a journey.

The Mindset of an entrepreneur must be positive. There is no room for a negative mindset. It’s a struggle, to be sure, but this must be the focus. Have you ever heard of “Self-fulfilling prophecy”? Well this is why every successful person focuses on those things that provide positive fulfillment. Do not dwell on anything negative. “Where attention goes, energy flows and results show.” – T. Harv Ecker

Achieving The Mindset of an Entrepreneur

If you dedicate yourself and work hard, you will achieve the mindset of an Entrepreneur.

Lastly, this section discusses where you want to be and how achieving the mindset of an entrepreneur requires goals and dedication. I firmly believe that you can’t actually understand where you are going, unless you know where and who you are. This is why this section is last. Successful entrepreneurs set goals.

If you are in the early stages of a new venture, you need to have quarterly goals set, at minimum. Think of this as a chart and go from the long term goal backwards. Find a goal that is so big, it almost seems impossible then work backwards. Give yourself benchmarks and then continue to get smaller in your focus until you have daily goals established. These daily goals ultimately all point to the larger goal.

For example, if you want to lose a massive amount of weight you will not accomplish that in one week or even one month, but what can you do to slowly get to that goal. If you practice daily on achieving results you will trick Fear. Fear and doubt will distract you if you allow it, but if you focus on daily achievements before you know it you will reach goals that you never thought possible.

Fear and Distractions

Mindset is extremely important in achieving your goals. We discussed briefly fear and doubt but I would encourage you read my post on distractions. Do not let distractions along with fear and doubt stop you from reaching your dreams. Read my post on distractions for additional ways to help with focus and dedication.

I would encourage you to read a book called, ‘The Compound Effect’. It will show you how daily actions toward a particular goal with allow you to attain more than you thought possible. If you want to accomplish greatness, you must start with small steps. “The journey of 1,000 miles begins with the first step” – Chinese Proverb

The path may not be the easiest, but it's worth it in the end.

Lenovo IdeaPad Flex Review

If you are in the market for a new laptop, there are numerous factors that should be considered before making a purchase. There are hundreds of different options available, so the process can be challenging. Introducing the Lenovo Ideapad Flex Review! Below are the details on why it is one of the greatest 2-in-1 convertible laptops available today.

Lenovo Group Limited

Lenovo Group Headquarters

The Lenovo group has released some amazing laptops over the years. The Ideapad Flex 5 follows a similar trajectory and comes packed with a wide range of high quality features, making it perfect for everyday use. Promoting a convertible natured laptop which comes in two size variants; 14″ and 15.6″, this gives you room to select the best one for your requirements. In addition, it features a powerful processor and display to give you a seamless and immersive experience.

IdeaPad Flex Review of Features

Let’s delve into some of the features of the laptop:

Design

Ideapad Flex 5 laptop has a sleek and modern design, with two sizes and weights around 1.5 kgs, this is very easy to carry around. The main body is made of plastic, however for the lid, you can select the material to be either plastic or aluminum. Furthermore, it is easy to open with one hand and offers comfortable resistance, allowing the screen stays in a clamshell position. I have found the hinge is very sturdy so converting this laptop into a tablet is very easy. On the top middle of the screen, there is a webcam with a privacy shutter.

Performance

Featuring a dual core, Intel Core i3 processor, 4GB of RAM and 128GB SSD, the laptop is fast and delivers great performance. Perfect for day to day use, however, if you want to run heavy software and applications, there may be some slowness. The laptop also has a 128GB SSD, which can run out quickly.

Ports

This ideapad contains several ports for your convenience. On the left side there is an HDMI port, power connector, USB-C port and a headphone jack. In other words, charging the laptop is a breeze with this USB-C port. Similarly on the right, there are two USB-A ports and a card reader that works with plus MMC, SDXC, SDHC and SD cards.

S Mode

Windows 10 comes in S mode on the model. S mode is claimed to improve security and performance, which can work well for business or school. However, the restriction of only downloading applications from the Microsoft Store may be a problem. Any software not available on the official store cannot be downloaded.

Display

Ideapad Flex 5 has a full HD IPS touch screen display with 1920×1080 resolution. It has a pixel density of 157 ppi and delivers vivid and crisp pictures, with a viewing angle of around 45 degrees. In addition, the display rests at 250 nits of brightness, which could be better. All that I mean is that, in a well-lit room, the screen has to be set to the maximum brightness level to be used comfortably.

Keyboard and Touchpad

Lenovo Ideapad laptop review while sitting on the balcony with a nice bottle of wine.

The keyboard is backlit and comfortable to use with adequately spaced keys, however there is a ‘clicky’ feedback to typing. So if that is not necessarily something you enjoy, it may cause some distraction. Also, on the keyboard, the Up and Down arrow keys are a little smaller, however still usable.

This deluxe touchpad is large, however, in terms of responsiveness, it might not be the best. The smooth surface has variable input levels, which can get annoying. One of the key features is a fingerprint reader that works very well.

Battery life

Twelve hours of battery life based on continuous video playback within this 52.2Wh battery is a nice feature. Given that, my assessment is that the battery life is good and beats some of its market alternatives.

IdeaPad Flex Review of Pricing

The Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5 offers great features in a compact laptop. It is relatively affordable, compared to other high-end devices as you can purchase the laptop for as low as $500. Given the specs, you will not find a laptop at this price point, therefore, the Ideapad Flex 5 is a great value of money.

Specs

CPU1.2 GHz Intel Core i3
RAM4GB
GraphicsIntel UHD
ScreenFull HD IPS Touch Screen
Storage128GB SSD
ConnectivityWifi + Bluetooth
Camera720p webcam
Weight~1.5kg – 2kg

Pros of IdeaPad

  • Great performance
  • Affordable
  • Touch screen
  • Fingerprint reader
  • Webcam privacy shutter
  • Durable chassis
  • Ample ports

Cons of IdeaPad

  • Brightness levels could have been higher
  • A little heavy
  • S Mode

Final Verdict for the Lenovo Ideapad

Overall, Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5 is a great laptop that you can get at a very low price. It comes with an array of high quality features and is perfect for every day use. Additionally, the body is durable and the keyboard is comfortable to use. There is an optional pen you can get to make full use of the tablet mode. In my opinion, having low brightness levels may be the only major flaw. On the other hand, if you are looking for a reliable laptop for everyday use, Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5 is definitely a good option.

I really hoped you enjoyed my review of the Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5 since this is my personal laptop that I use for my blog writing and posting. Many of my posts are related to financial freedom, motivation and mindset, but wanted to share my experience with this laptop. Please check out another of my posts related to whether financial freedom is a myth. Hope you enjoy!

Now before you go, I have to share one more thing…

Honesty in Business: A Quick Review

Spread the love

The Importance of Being Honest

In the review of honesty in the business world one key fact is that the importance of being honest cannot be overstated. Honesty is key in all aspects of life, but it is really important in business. Many people’s lives have been turned upside down because they were dishonest and thought “no one would find out” or “it wouldn’t matter”. In this post I am going to discuss the importance of being honest within business, how the majority of the wealthy are actually honest and how we may be deceived in our financial minds and not even know it.

Honesty in a Business

It is so important now to be honest in business. There is an interesting write up on the word “honesty” by the John Templeton Foundation that is worth the read. In brief, the article offers the concept of honesty as the relative moral character within a person. It goes further to correlate honesty to honor and how an honest person is free of lying, cheating, or stealing.

I know you have seen so many “get rich quick” programs that it almost makes you sick. I heard one the other that said build a “6 figure business in just 3 clicks”. Seriously? Three mouse clicks….I highly doubt that. There must be a catch. Of course there is a catch. This is just there to draw you in. I’m sure you know that as well, so I’m not telling you anything you don’t already know, but I have to be honest, it really sounds too good to be true.

Now please don’t misunderstand, I’m not at all knocking getting rich. I’m on my financial freedom journey right now and looking forward to the day where I am completely financially free. Can I find it in 3 clicks? I haven’t tried that method, but sounds too good to be true. I do, however strongly believe there are ways to build a 6 figure income business online.

Honesty In Business And Expectations

Expectations make you think that if you don't do everything now, it may never happen. You are not being honest with yourself. Honesty is vital for inward success. It helps you understand who you are.
Expectations are the enemy of Success.

Another key point with honesty in business is that if you are honest is doesn’t set up the listeners for expectations. If you are realistic and forthcoming in your business plan or education, then this tells people what they should expect. “Past performance does not indicate future gains” we’ve all heard that before, right? But this should almost be a very obvious disclaimer on some of these online Guru’s websites.

Building a business is hard. I have several motivation tips on my website. Please feel free to check out that site. But building a business is really hard. My wife recently discovered a meme that was “chose your hard”, being broke is hard, becoming rich is hard; chose your hard. Being overweight is hard, becoming fit is hard, chose your hard. I can’t think of the site she found this on, but when I remember I will post in my description and may even write a blog about it on my website.

Building Trust

Honesty in business is somewhat overlooked in today’s society but I will tell you that most wealthy people are honest. It’s true, becoming wealthy requires people to trust you in some form or another. People typically don’t buy from people they don’t trust. I would say that 90 to 95 percent of wealthy people out there are truly honest. I don’t have any scientific evidence to back that up, this is just me spouting what logically makes sense. The super rich and wealthy get a bad wrap mostly because of the amount of social media and news posts out there showing something to the contrary.

There was an article written by forbes.com that was titledBillionaires behind bars’. And it talked about these massively rich individuals who achieved wealth under very unscrupulous circumstances. I’m not suggesting that they shouldn’t report on this, I’m saying that that list was 10 people from all over the world and there are 540 billionaires in the US alone. Hang on. I’m not sure if you heard me correctly. There are 540 Billionaires in the US alone, that’s with a B. This is according to Forbes.com 2016 report of the world’s richest people. So with 10 of them behind bars, that is less than 2 percent. I realize that I’m oversimplifying a little, but the concept remains. There are honest wealthy people.

The Great Scam

Have you ever heard the saying that the squeaky hinge gets the oil? I think this is the saying that truly represents most people when it comes to online business and just in general “work-from-home” business concepts. Why? because we have been trained since childhood that we need to go to school, get good grades, get a good job, stock 40 percent of our income into savings and then when we get to 65 retire. That is not honesty in business.

Why would that be the only way to make money? That is truly the scam for most people. It’s unattainable for most to retire at 65. Plus it doesn’t give us any true financial freedom. We are constantly a slave to the bi-monthly paycheck. There is more on this in a book that I would suggest reading called ‘Fake‘ by Robert Kiyosaki. It discusses many of the lies that we were told and will reiterate the concept that the old method is unattainable.

Standard Rules Do Not Apply

scammed by the education system not being honest about financial education. This lack of frankness or honesty is why we have the financial crisis today.

Why is it unattainable? Simply because businesses don’t operate under the same concept as they did when this concept was created. The “school, grades, job, retire” concept was created mostly when our parents, grandparents were growing up. Businesses have evolved to where an employee must always be competitive or someone else will take the position or you won’t get the job. If businesses have evolved, why hasn’t the educational system evolved. This is the true dishonesty.

When I was in high school, I didn’t learn about how money moved through the economy. I had an accounting class which was basically understanding credits and debits. I only learned the process of the monetary system in my college courses; Money and Banking and Economics. However, these classes did not go into how money can be used to build financial freedom. Why? Because big corporations need workers. If everyone knew how to become their own boss and live financially free, then there would be no possibility for big corporations since there would be no working population. In order for there to be honesty in business, it must first start with education. An excellent read regarding corporate greed and how if may affect your life is within ‘The Grunch of Giants‘ by R. Buckminster Fuller.

Honesty In Entrepreneurialism

Am I sensitive to the fact that not everyone wants to be an entrepreneur? Yes, of course I am, but I would venture to ask why? Mostly I have heard because of fear. Now, most people will not come right out and say that, but that is what it boils down to. Fear of failure mostly. But oftentimes fear of unknown. You don’t know what you don’t know. This deters people more often than not. This is why I have set my mission to reach as many people as I can to discuss financial freedom and help them to realize their dreams. Please take a look at another blog that referencesFinancial Freedom and additional steps we can do to achieve it.

Honesty and Success in Business

Honesty is something that is paramount to success in every endeavor. Without honesty, we lose ourselves and cannot be effective in any business. I learned a long time ago that it’s better to give all the facts than try to side step something that could cause major issues in the future. Growing a business is hard, but chose which hard you want.

If you are curious about exploring financial freedom, there is a program I want you to see. This guy lays it out perfectly and his story is amazing going from being in debt almost 500k dollars to making over 50 million dollars in ten years. He teaches you how he did it and how you can do it as well. Please take a look. Thanks for reading.

Cheers to your success and See you at the Top!

Distractions Are a Menace to Mastery

Spread the love

Distractions are a Menace

Distractions can come in many forms and they reek havoc on your mindset, your money and your dedication to mastery. In order for us to master our minds and our money we need to limit the amount of distractions. This post discusses some of the biggest distractions we face daily and potential ways to overcome them.

Types of Distractions

blur car cellphone contemporary
Distracted often?

Let me first start by saying I definitely do not have this all figured out, nor have I mastered the art of avoiding distractions, but there are a few distractions that I have noticed in my life where maybe you can relate.

A distraction can be defined as diverting attention from one area to another. I also like to think of a distraction as anything that allows your mind to wander off your current topic. There are two main types of distractions that I have found; those we have control over and those that we have less control over. Within each are multiple items, but keep in mind that the way you react to these distractions can potentially be more powerful than simply trying to overcome them.

Distractions you can control

We can all agree that technology should be something we have control over. When I say technology I am referencing that favorite show on Netflix that you are mid season on or maybe that show you have wanted to start. Since many of us are working from home, it’s very easy to have something on in the “background” until you find that your work computer has gone dark because it has been at least 15 minutes of inactivity. So, you are not really sure how long you have been “inactive”.

Social media

The other technology distraction could be that little mini computer to the right or left of your work computer. You know, the one that has all your text messages, Facebook posts, Instagram posts, maybe even a really addicting game that is our guilty pleasure? Yes, you guessed it, your mobile phone! Why does that draw our attention so much? Do we really care what the latest political post is from someone that we barely talk to? I’m over generalizing, of course.

The “to-do” list

The last distraction that comes to mind are house holding items that need to be accomplished. Since many of us are working from home, this may include having to take care of stay at home children. Or the nagging feeling of whether or not I should do that “little bit of laundry” before the evening. What about getting things prepared for dinner? Maybe it’s even a situation where you are worrying about an ageing parent and wondering if you need to call them. After all, who is there to hold you accountable for that two hour “lunch break”?

Please do not misunderstand, many of these are viable concerns and worth noting. I am simply stating that there are some distractions that we have more control over.

Distractions that are difficult to control

In this category we will discuss the various types of distractions that we may have difficulty controlling. These could be the typically emergencies that pop up unexpectedly. Phone calls that take longer than expected or Zoom meetings that go over which bleed into your next calendar block and get you off track. That errand you needed to run during lunch but got stuck in traffic. Appointments for the house that take longer than expected, i.e. the cable person or the plumber or the basement insulation people. These are all examples of situations where you have an expectation and it just doesn’t go your way.

How does this affect our focus?

So many distractions from work
Can you really focus if you are distracted so easily?

I struggle with many of these distractions on a day to day basis but have found ways to stay focused that work for me and may work for you.

Distractions first can be a nuisance because they stop whatever process or mindset we were in at the time. I especially get frustrated when I am in a zone with writing or working on a project and then the phone buzzes or the doorbell rings.

Distractions kill productivity

When distractions pop up it can destroy our productivity. It can stall our motivation and can also disrupt our mindset. I have said many times to myself, “I will just take a quick lunch break and watch one episode on Netflix….” Two hours later and three episodes later, I’m frustrated that I allowed myself to get caught up and not be productive. As entrepreneurs, our time is so very precious. Treat it that way. I am not advocating working eight to faint with no breaks. That’s what we are trying to escape by becoming entrepreneurs! But I am saying you must plan your day.

This is incredibly important specifically since we are focused on mastering our mind to create wealth and confirming that financial freedom is not a myth. Therefore, we need to control those inputs that affect our mind. If you haven’t, I would strongly encourage you to read the book, ‘The 7 Habits of Highly Successful People‘ by Stephen R. Covey. That book goes beyond the scope of my post, but there are some key points that would help anyone be more successful.

So the questions are now; how do we keep ourselves focused to accomplish our goal? How can we break out of the menacing distraction cycle that invades our mind and causes us frustration and loss of productivity? Distractions will inevitably happen, so how can we avoid them?

How can we minimize distractions?

There are many ways to minimize distractions, but I will break it down into 5 specific ways that, if nothing else may give you some options. Ultimately for these to work we really have to want to remove distractions out of our life. If we don’t truly want to make a change, it will not matter how many different “programs” we try, they will all be unsuccessful. You have to want it! This is where the mindset change comes into play. Do you want it?

Set the mood

The first way that I have noticed that helps me honestly is to have some background music. Silence can be more distracting oftentimes than ambient noise. I however, set the stage. I like to put on a Youtube channel that is either a café or beach scene. This is dependent on what particular mood I am in at the time. The café must have the sounds of light jazz and rain falling on the windows. Calmed by nature is the channel. I added the link above.

This channel transforms me into a café in Europe where I on a trip but wanted to get some work done since it is raining outside. I love this feeling because it also makes me feel independent and free but focused. I use the café the majority of the time.

Goal setting

A second way that I like in order stay focused and avoid distractions is establishing daily goals for myself that are based on my long term goals. You hold yourself accountable for this to work affectively. Imagine you have a long term goal to lose 40 pounds in 12 months or purchase your first real estate rental property in the next 3 months. What are you doing every day to reach those goals?

I learned in the book, ‘The Compound Effect‘ by Darren Hardy that daily actions done consistently add up so quickly. It’s a very simple concept but gets overlooked. Keep a journal and write down your 5 long term goals and everyday at the end of the day write down what you did that day which correlates to that goal. This helps your mindset to stay motivated for the the end goal. “Stay on Target!”

Organize your mind

Organize your mind, free distractions
“Balance. Flexibility. Poise. An ability to tamp down the emotions and to shift and set your attention on something else with grace and ease. As we shall see, these are all qualities of the well-ordered mind.” – Margaret Moore

I know it may sound cliché and redundant, but to avoid distractions; become organized. This third one may go without saying, but utilizing your calendar or some organization software such as Trello (this is what I use to prioritize) can be paramount for organizational success.

Within the calendar method, make sure to schedule in breaks. Block off times and make sure that you can make it fun. If you need a break take a break, if you need to schedule a lunch to clear your mind, do it. You control your future, but keep in mind the goal. Remember the “why” and how if you take breaks all day, your goal may take longer.

Lose the phone

The Fourth one is going to be tough for a number of reasons. I am shaking my head as I’m writing this, but one of the major keys to success on mastering your mind to overcome distractions is to take away your phone. I know, but what if someone needs you or what if you miss a call?

This is also why we take breaks. We take breaks to check in. Especially if you have a child at school or an ageing parent. I get it. These things are incredibly important. Could you remove your phone for 30 minutes? 45 minutes? Allow yourself zero distractions for a certain amount of time. It’s amazing how productive you can be without “needing” to check Instagram every 5 minutes…

Clean the workspace

Last suggestion I have here is to “clean it up”. I mean this in the nicest way possible, but this is so important, especially working from home. Set yourself up for success by starting the day with intention, have a plan to either get up early, workout, take a shower and get dressed for work.

I find that I am so much more successful and productive when I get dressed for work and not just wear shorts and a T-shirt. Put on some nicer clothes, make some coffee for your self and set an area that is your “office”. If you don’t have a home office set up, create an area that is not in front of the TV. Side note, if you have a home office make sure it is a tidy as possible. Please do not have yesterdays sandwich wrapper still on the computer desk or the cola that you didn’t quite finish which left a nice water ring.

In Conclusion

I really hope you enjoyed my discussion on ways to master your productivity. I sincerely hope you don’t allow distractions to be a menace to your self-mastery. Bonus, there is a program that I use which is not included above called the ‘Millionaire Productivity Secrets’ training. This is an excellent course that can break some of these points down even further. If you are interested in changing your life and making a bigger difference in the world, click here and watch the short video and you will have a chance to get access to that program.

Is Financial Freedom a Myth?

Spread the love

Can we achieve financial Freedom?

Understanding the step to achieve financial freedom is really a complex issue. This is easier to discuss in a forum versus directly telling you what to do, but I will break down some steps and multiple options that can help you achieve financial freedom and ultimately how I was able to live that lifestyle. Steps to financial freedom can be broken down into 4 key elements or steps, but I have broken them down based upon my experiences and understanding.

Steps to Financial Freedom

It's all downhill from here. Pay attention so you don't misstep.
It’s all downhill from here.

First, you must decide. Be intentional in your decision, understand why you are doing this, understand your motivation. In his book ‘Think and Grow Rich‘, Napoleon Hill discusses a mindset to become wealthy and discusses the laws of attraction. If you are interested in understanding in more detail how ‘Think and grow rich’ can change your life, click on the link to purchase a copy. This book will help you on not only motivation but self improvement as well. The book, ‘Born To Win’ by zig Ziglar also accomplishes this as well. The third book I would recommend is ‘Money, Master the Game‘ by Tony Robbins. In this book Tony discusses 7 steps to mastery the money game. It was an excellent read!

Financial Literacy

Acquiring true financial literacy is paramount in your decision phase. I also like to call it personal financial education. Your decision phase can be the most exciting, it is ultimately the time of knowledge accumulation. We will talk about wealth accumulation in another step, the wealth you need to accumulate in this stage is the wealth of knowledge. I will also call this stage the research phase since you are also researching different topics that will come into play in the second stage. You want to research anything that you have been interested in doing as a side business or as a full-time personal business. Read voraciously. When I was in this phase I was reading about a book a week and listening to a book a week on tape during my workouts.

Taking Massive action

Financial literacy and financial education takes time for study and reflection.

Second, take massive action. You must start the process. Knowledge without any sort of action is completely pointless. This is the stage that can be a little scary at times but you are still building from your decision phase.  However, this phase, you have to do something. Just deciding and researching or reading about everything doesn’t put money in your bank account. You have to start  or at least make a plan. If you are going into investing, what are you going to invest in? Stocks and bonds? Cryptocurrencies or Foreign Exchange? There are programs that I have reviewed here that can help in that process. If you are going into real estate, are you going to invest in apartments or residential? Or both? Are you are going to open an e-commerce store? Are you going to learn about affiliate marketing or a digital agency? How about create an educational course? (Look at this plan for an amazing opportunity).

Regardless at the end of the day, you must start something and I would strongly suggest that you focus on something that offers you a good education along the way. Don’t just look for the first one that may be the cheapest because usually that is not the only cost attached. This is the program that I used personally to allow me to achieve financial success. Remember step two is about taking massive action and getting started in your plan.

Positive Mindset and Motivation

Third, you must maintain your positive mindset and motivation. You will get slumps. Let me say that again, YOU WILL LOSE MOTIVATION. It is how you react to that slump that will make you even greater. This is the exact reason why I write more on mindset and motivation than anything else. More on motivation on another of my blogs “HERE”. This lack of motivation may come from many areas, maybe it was a family experience where your Dad, Mom or Grandparent didn’t do so well on the business front and you have a sub-conscious block on being successful. Maybe you are just scared of what the next steps could be, perhaps the fear of the unknown.

Breaking Down Fear

Fear stops you from being the best person you can be. Don’t allow something that is so small to control your life. This is the stage where you absolutely want a mentor. The program that I used does offer a mentor should you decide to try that out, either way you must have a mentor during this stage. The odds of success in this stage is very low without a mentor. Mentors can help you break down the fear. Stage 3 and stage 4 are the wealth accumulation and lifestyle change phase.

Disclaimer: I receive affiliate compensation for some of the links below at no cost to you. However, these are the best tools I have used and tested that I believe are most effective for launching and running an online business. You can read our full affiliate disclosure in our privacy policy.

Money and Freedom

Lastly, in order to create money and freedom, you have to create processes to maintain. You must automate. There is no way to do everything yourself. If you really want to be successful, you need to be able to do more with less. What I mean by that is to find the things that don’t make you the most money and somehow outsource them. If that is via a virtual assistant or hiring a staff should you chose to grow to that level. You cannot be an employee of your own business.

We are looking for financial freedom, where we can spend time with those we most care about. You cannot be working 50 or 60 hours a week for yourself if your goal of financial freedom is being able to do more with less. If you enjoy working that much and that fulfills you, I am in no way saying that is a bad thing. I am relating to what my goals were when I first started out and working 60 hours a week was not one of them. However, there is an old adage, “if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life.”

I want Financial Freedom

In conclusion, if you want financial freedom, you can have it. It is not a myth. The freedom to create your out lifestyle and future is something we all can attain and that is what Mind Money Masters is all about. Helping everyone adjust their mind, to create wealth and become masters of their own future.

Thanks friends for reading.

Family Finance: How Family Can Affect Success

Spread the love

Family finance is a very broad topic. In this review of family finance, I would like to discuss how a family can affect financial growth. Did you have financial problems in your family growing up? How did that affect your mindset and ability to make money? What was your experience with money as a child? Do you know that it can still be affecting your life now? Things that we learn at a young age can have a profound impact on our lives. Did you ever hear the words, “money doesn’t grow on trees” or money is the root of all evil”?

What was it like living in your household as a child with regards to finances? How were finances discussed? Was it taboo at the dinner table? I remember experiencing many family struggles over there not “ever being enough money”. Did you know that you can break out of this mindset and you can no allow past experiences to dictate your future?

Family Finance Management

Stressing over finances and wealth for you family can be so challenging. Don't let your health suffer, make a change!
Stressing over finances can be the worst feeling in the world. There are options. There is help.

According to the American Psychological Association (APA), money is consistently among the top sources of stress within a family. My family had a positive and negative relationship with money. When we had it, things were positive, when we didn’t things were negative and life was challenging. There were times that were plenty and there were times when dinner was small. I remember having to leave a home because we couldn’t make the mortgage payments.

Multiple times creditors would call because a family member listed me as a reference and that person had not paid their bill. Which meant the creditor was trying to track that person down. Many times family members would pray to God requesting money to just appear, which seems frivolous now since this up and down cycle was so common that praying didn’t matter since we already knew the answer was either no or no answer.

Family Finance Issues

Starting a business did not work for members of my family. Nevertheless, they tried for years and it just didn’t seem to happen. At the time I always thought they had the mindset of the entrepreneur until I realized really years later what was wrong. However, a book by T. Harv Ecker, ‘Secrets of the Millionaire Mind‘ helped me to understand what it really meant to be an entrepreneur. Also a book by Robert Kiyosaki, ‘Why the Rich Are Getting Richer’. Both books challenged my understanding of what we typically think of an entrepreneurial mindset.

For this reason, I discuss how mindset is so important to really be successful in an endeavor. It’s easy to read a program or watch a video and get “sold” on a new program or plan, but without the correct mindset associated with success it is very challenging to really be financially free. That is what we are all focused on, correct? Financial Freedom? I have an excellent blog discussing specifically what financial freedom can be and how we can attain it “here”. Financial Freedom can mean different things to everyone.

For me, freedom is being close to water and able to travel anytime I want and provide a wonderful life for my family along with being able to give to local and national non-profit organizations. Personally, I love working with Habitat for humanity.

Family Financial Guide

Do not allow yourself to be controlled by you past experiences. In the investment world, we often hear that, “Past performance does not indicate future performance”. So then, why do we allow our lives to be dictated by our past performance?

Be a family that is smart with money. Grow together, learn together, love together. Family money can be the most powerful force on earth.
Family is always more valuable than money, however, a family with money is the most powerful force on earth.

I challenge you today to think critically about what your past experiences have taught you and what you went through early in life and how that has shaped your perspective on life. When I was in high school and college, I tried multiple multi level marketing programs and even started my own fitness business. I made a little money on each of those endeavors but lost a lot more in the end.

Does that give an excuse to stop trying and stop learning? It did for about 10 years. All that time lost. But it’s not about what you did, it’s about what you are doing today to be better. Do not live in the past! Things in the past you can either run from or learn from. You cannot measure yourself by “what ifs” you can only measure yourself by “what now”. What now indicates that now you are going to do something. You have the power to change your destiny, therefore what are you going to do? Read my blog on “Why Do We Need Motivation?” It offers a great process to get started.

Conclusion

There may be different views on how to approach family finance. Many families don’t discuss it until it’s too late and you have financial issues. My simple point in this article is to not allow past experiences to dictate how your future will become. You do not have to handle finances or wealth like your family or someone else’s family. You can create your own path. Break out of past ideologies. Become motivated to achieve the success that was never thought possible in your family.

I have tried many programs in my past and hadn’t succeeded at any of them and it was because I was constrained by my mindset and past experiences. I have discovered an excellent program that can take you from zero to financial freedom and I would like to share it with you.

Watch this short video and get started on living your amazing life in Financial Freedom. Learn how to break the bonds of past family financial issues.

Master Your Mind To Create Money

Spread the love

What is Mind, Money, Masters?

In order to master your mind to create money, there must be a complete shift in your mindset. Money can no longer control you, if must become your tool. This can be a simple to understand shift in perspective of how we treat our mind affects our money and that allows us to be Masters of our own destiny or not. This should not be new concept to anyone. Control what you think about and that will give you financial freedom or let your influences control you and never experience the joy of truly living financially free.

Master your Mind, Master your Money

Money, money mindset, money matters, master your money, mind money masters
“Time is Money?”

When I first came up with the concept of Mind, Money, Masters there were multiple iterations of the concept, some concepts never made it past the cutting room floor. Which is truly like life, right? We try to come up with ideas and think they are the best and have to be just perfect right out of the gate.

Why do we this?

  • Because we think that we can create something amazing right out of the gate?
  • Because it would be easier just to have something perfect right away?
  • Inherently, we don’t really want to work too hard on it?
  • We don’t want to think we can’t do it correctly the first time?
  • Maybe because we overthink everything?

Master your Mind to create wealth

Mindset, Mastering the mind, Mindset matters, mind money masters
Have you considered what things you think about daily and how you think about them?

We tend to apply quite a bit of pressure on ourselves right away. Do you know many of the entrepreneurs and business people that I have met and read about admit that they usually don’t get it right the first time? More often than not I hear the desperation story where they had fallen so far in life and that they knew the only way to get up was to try over and over again until they got it right? I’m sure you know the story about Thomas Edison, where he tried 10,000 filaments for the light bulb before he got the correct one. What would have happened had he given up after 1,000? 5,000? He had mastered his mind and gained a wealth of knowledge.

Are we afraid of hard work? Most people would say no. However, when push comes to shove, would we rather expand or retreat? I read that Glossophobia or fear of public speaking is one of biggest fears a person can have and that people would rather go skydiving than stand up in front of their own peers and talk about something. Would that also pertain to working hard if working hard required someone to make a speech?

Fear is ultimately what binds us. Fear stops our potential, fear controls our mind, fear controls our money and our thoughts about success. I have also heard that fear can either mean Forget Everything And Run or Face Everything And Rise. What are you inherently afraid of? Have you created your best life?

Why Should We Master the Mind?

How powerful is the mind? The idea that we use 10 percent of the brain is a myth. That has been debunked. There is a good article here discussing that. I am not here to debate the use of the mind, but we have heard that positive thinking can change a persons thought process, that a kind word can change a persons day or a belief in something greater can give something to live for. The concept of Mind, Money, Masters is that if you can truly control your mind and your thoughts, that can control your money and its uses, then you become the master of not only your mind and your money but of anything to which you put your mind. The more we know the better we are able to handle anything that may come our way.

Master the Money Mindset

I’m talking here about financial education. Financial Education changes the money mindset to where we think differently about money. Most people robotically answer “King” whenever the question is asked, “Cash is…?” Why is that? The real answer is Cash is trash. Cash is paper. Understanding the use of cash is mastery of the money mindset.

Why Should we Master our Money?

When we understand that cash is only a tool, we can start to use it as such. Do you have a large savings account? Why? What is that money doing for you? Do you have a large investment account, what has that done for you? If you lost your job today and couldn’t work again, what would you do? How would you live? You see when we fixate on Money or Cash as the most important thing to evaluating wealth, we miss the point. Savings accounts and Investment accounts are the tools of the middle class. If something were to happen with inflation or stock market crash, how would you live?

The good news is that there are great opportunities out there. There is everything from making money online to making money flipping houses. Personally I started with making money online. If you are curious how I got started, please take a look at this short video and take a step towards financial freedom!

Why Do We Need Motivation? Quick Thoughts

Spread the love

Why do we need Motivation? Why do we want it? Motivation is a powerful concept. It can be defined by Webster’s Dictionary, but can be synonymous with incentive and momentum. When you have motivation towards achieving a goal, you feel on top of the world, but when you don’t have it, you tend to feel out of sorts. Why is this the case? What causes us to lose motivation? Why is it important?

Loss of Motivation

Don't allow setbacks to stall your motivation.

When we have setbacks that tend to spin us out of control and we do not recognize ourselves even though we were on such a good track, it can be very painful, even frustrating.

I will use a bicycle metaphor because I love to ride road bikes. It is as if we are riding a bike downhill, cruising and feeling free but then suddenly, out of nowhere comes a tree branch or a pot hole that you didn’t plan for and it completely knocks you off your course. What do you do in that situation?

Oftentimes, you are lying on the pavement and it is as if you are viewing yourself from outside your body and you cannot really control what you are doing. It is not productive. Oddly enough, for whatever reason, you cannot seem to stop it. These are all detractors from staying on track to reach your goal and they seem insurmountable in the moment. I recently went through one of these episodes. However, the confusing part for me is that things in my life are going very well. I have a good job, great side business and my family is all healthy. So why would I have any setbacks? Maybe it is a fear factor. Perhaps like many, I am afraid of the next steps that are required on this new journey.

The Need for Motivation

Truly successful people run into all kinds of trials and missteps in their lives. This is something we have to remember. Trial and temptations are all a part of the journey. If it were easy, everyone would be doing it and that is simply not the case. The question remains, “what is your why?” Are you doing this for family security? Are you doing this for financial freedom? Get back out there on your bike, dust yourself off and get back into it.

Every time you fall, it gets easier to get back up because you know that you did it before. If you had never fallen before, therefore never gotten back up, then it would be a little scary that first time. Nevertheless, how many of us have fallen? Even slightly? What did we do? Get back up and start again. Yes, there may be embarrassment, shame, regret and even sadness. Getting back out there and doing it makes us all the more stronger.

How to stay Motivated

You got this! Keep your motivation

Several motivational speakers out there help us to gain inspiration and recharge our lives. One thing above all to always remember is that you are not alone. I have two books that I want to share with you; 1. Awaken the Giant Within by Tony Robbins and 2. Born to Win by Zig Ziglar. Both books have helped me immensely during several dark times. Both of these books discuss how to shape our lives. Things that we consistently do creates our future. Therefore, if we consistently get back up after falling, then there may come a time when we do not fall anymore since our mind knows that we will get back up. At least falling does not seem so terrifying.

In conclusion, losing motivation is something that happens to everyone. The way that you react and how you make changes separates you from someone who just stops dead in their tracks and who moves forward to defeat giants.

Who do you want to be? How does your “Why” make you move forward? For me, had I not known my “why”, there would be no way to be motivated. This needs to be something very personal to everyone. Once I found my why, I discovered a how. Affiliate marketing is my how because I am able to work anywhere and be able to help others achieve their goals.

I hope you enjoyed the post today. I also want to share with you how I started on this journey and have ultimately been led to financial freedom. This program inspired me to explore the realm of affiliate marketing. Please take a minute to check out this video for more information on how to start an online business.
